#EMBRACETHEELEMENTS
Spa Amenities
Embrace the elements and reap the benefits. Your alpine rejuvenation sanctuary awaits seven days a week — winter, spring, summer and fall. Live for the outdoors in every season!
COLD PLUNGE POOLS
The cold Yin to the heat Yang of the hot pools, steam and sauna cabins: This is not something you’ll want to miss. Brave it, count to ten, breathe deeply, and feel the all-body tingling sensation and clarity of mind.
RELAXATION POOLS
Our relaxation pools are designed to be a peaceful place to indulge in pleasant warmth while resting for a while. Enjoy the mountain views that surround and quietly connect to nature and those around you.
BANYAN & BARREL SAUNAS
Enclose yourself in our traditional style banyan sauna. Retreat into cedar-scented warmth and take your preference of a dry or wet heat. Simply pour water on the built-in rock stove for an instant steam refresh.
EXFOLIATION CABIN
Taking inspiration from the Turkish hammam baths enjoyed for centuries in the Middle East, our exfoliation cabin is a full-body steam room. Gently scrub from head to toe with ANS signature oil-infused body salts.
STEAM ROOMS
As part of the hot element of your hydrotherapy cycle, breathe in the essential oil infused steam of our spacious steam rooms. Relax by sitting or lying back on the softly-finished tiled seats and just rest. Breathe in a different essential oil infused steam in each room. For a reinvigorating instant refresh, you’ll also find cold water to douse your full body from the overhead cold plunge bucket.
HANGING CHAIRS
Float in one of our hanging chairs. Ease into a nap, or simply rest for a while. Please note that chairs are sanitized every hour during opening hours.
FIRE CAULDRONS
What’s more relaxing — or more Alaskan — than time spent by the campfire? Wrap up in your spa robe, take a seat by a cauldron fire pits and enjoy perfect outdoor rest time.
LOCKER ROOMS
Our locker rooms were designed to make your pre- and post-spa routine as effortless as possible. You’ll find your spa robe, slippers, and fresh towels already waiting in your assigned locker, as well as individual shower rooms and communal dressing areas.
EXFOLIATION CABIN
Your skin’s new best friend. Our exfoliation salts are crafted with Alaskan Sea Salt and locally inspired seasonal scents.
Regular exfoliation helps to:
- unclog pores
- prevent acne
- even out skin tone
- boost circulation
- increase cell turnover for a glowing complexion
- stimulate collagen synthesis to keep skin looking young
And that’s just the start! So grab your exfoliating body scrub (included in your designated locker) and make a refreshing stop at the Exfoliation Cabin.
How it works
Hydrotherapy Cycle
1. Hot
The initial hot stage reduces blood pressure while stimulating blood flow to the skin and muscles. Experience this in both our hot pools and sauna facilities.
2. Cold
The cold stage stimulates blood pressure, forcing the production of more white blood cells: your body’s natural healing agent. Your body flushes itself of toxins, your muscles relax, and you feel rejuvenated.
3. Rest
After each hot and cold cycle we invite you to rest and relax, allowing your body to stabilize.
Each cycle builds upon the previous, with healing white blood cell production growing with each cycle.
