Booking & Access

We’ve updated how you book your visit. Choosing your arrival time is now part of the process, and pricing is easier to see up front. Here are answers to a few common questions.

Nothing’s changed about how long you get to enjoy the spa. Once you’re checked in, you’re welcome to stay right through to close. Please remember our no re-entry policy. The only thing that’s new is choosing your arrival time for hydrotherapy bookings only, so you have more flexibility in planning your visit, and a smoother arrival process.

No, Hydrotherapy access is included with every massage reservation. There is no need to book separate hydrotherapy access. When you book a massage, you may enjoy the hydrotherapy facilities anytime between 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. You are only selecting the time of your massage, not an arrival time for hydrotherapy.

Pricing does vary slightly by day. Typically, weekdays offer our best value, while weekends and holidays reflect higher demand. If you have flexibility in your schedule, booking a weekday is a great way to enjoy the same full spa experience at a lower rate.

Please try to respect your scheduled arrival time. We do offer a 30-minute grace period, and if you arrive more than 30 minutes late, you may be asked to wait before accessing the spa, just to keep things running smoothly for all our guests. If you arrive more than two hours after your arrival time, your reservation will be considered a no-show.

No, arriving within our 30-minute grace period does not change your rate. Your price is based on your original booked arrival time.

Our team personally takes care of any changes for you, just contact us at 1-833-747-3267 or reservations@anordicspa.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you and will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

If you’re booking for two guests, start by selecting the first appointment and click Add to Cart. Then, search for the second appointment and either click Add to Cart if you have more bookings to make, or Book if you’ve added everything you need. You can review all of your selections at any time by clicking the cart before completing your reservation.

If you’re booking a surprise visit or don’t have your guest’s email address, you can make both reservations using your own email address while entering each guest’s name correctly. Please note that if your guest did not receive their waiver in advance, they will need to complete it during check-in, which may add some time to the arrival process.

Yes, everyone will be asked to complete their own Hydrotherapy Waiver or a Massage Intake Form if your reservation includes a massage.

Yes, the hydrotherapy waiver is a new addition for all guests, so this will be the first time we’re collecting it, even if you’ve visited before. The good news: both the waiver and your massage intake form are combined into one simple form.

Massage Treatments

All massage therapists are registered therapists. It is our responsibility here at Alyeska Nordic Spa to ensure our Massage Therapists are registered and in good standing with their Associations. In addition, we are to provide all massage guests with an RMT receipt with the massage therapists legal name and their Provider ID.

With regards to insurance companies, as coverages differ, we cannot guarantee that your Massage Treatment will be covered. Prior to booking your visit, we recommend connecting with your insurance company to gather further information and confirm your benefits.

Access to the hydrotherapy pools are included with your massage booking. You will not have to pay an additional day rate.

We recommend enjoying the pools before and after your massage to take advantage of the full experience and benefits.

Please note that we have a no re-entry policy.

Please note that reservations are required for all massage services. Due to high demand for massage services, we recommend booking a minimum of 3-weeks in advance for a mid-week appointment and a minimum of 12-weeks in advance for a Friday, Saturday or Sunday appointment.

We are pleased to announce that we have recently added a 16% automatic gratuity to all of our massage services to make it even easier for you to acknowledge the exceptional work of our therapists. This gratuity will be automatically added to the price of the service, so you can sit back, relax and not worry about the guesswork and uncertainty of what is an appropriate tip. Should you like to adjust the amount of gratuity, you can do so at the front desk, which gives you the flexibility to show your appreciation in the way that best suits you. This change allows you to fully immerse in your massage experience, without added worries. We believe that this change will enhance your overall massage experience and we look forward to welcoming you to the Alyeska Nordic Spa.

Guests booking a Time Together Massage can choose from:

Relaxation Massage
Deep Tissue Massage
Nordic Signature Massage

Forest Therapy was our relaxation massage. To make the treatment easier to understand, we’ve simplified the name to Relaxation Massage. Rest assured, the experience itself remains unchanged.
