Hot and cold pools form a vital part of the rejuvenating therapy cycle. Included in your hydrotherapy pass is access to all the indoor/ outdoor amenities of our 50,000 sq. ft. facility.

The hot pools are the place to raise your body temperature and heart beat a notch. Relax as the steam surrounds you and retreat into the hot component of your hydrotherapy circuit.

Wooden Tubs

Heat up your hydrotherapy session in a more private setting in our wooden tubs. A direct throwback to Nordic tradition, you will be immersed in nature in ultimate serenity.

Forest Sauna

Follow the path through the dense Alaskan wilderness towards our forest sauna. Never has sweating out the toxins had such an inspirational setting.

Barrel Sauna

Discover our cozy barrel sauna along the forest loop, where cedar-scented dry heat creates the perfect space for a grounding sweat.

Halotherapy Signature Sauna

Bask in the warmth of our Halotherapy Signature Sauna and soak in the benefits of the Himalayan salt wall.

Cabin Sauna

When you're fully immersed in the wellness cycle, there’s no room for distractions. Just peace, quiet, and the intense dry heat of our traditional sauna.

Rainforest Steam Rooms

Breathe in the essential oil infused steam of our spacious steam cabin. For a invigorating refresh, you will also find a cold plunge bucket to douse your body.

Cold Plunge

The cold yin to the hot yang of the warmer pools, steam and sauna cabins: this is not something you will want to miss. Brave it, count to ten, breathe deeply and feel the all-body tingling sensation and clarity of mind.
